I have actually tried a big bore on a Paiggio of a friend and deluxe of @han1911 before going for complete engine swap.. agr ye itna kamyab tajurba hota tu shyid swap na kertay..
In case of hans bike deluxe it worsened... the bike lost the top speed in favor of more torque...
any ways in a nutshell we have found out in last 7~8 years that even a local "pimped" 300cc alter engine cannot over shadow properly engineered stock 200/250cc branded factory fitted engine also the grave mistake one can do is to put a rickshaw engine or a rickshaw head cylender on stock engine and expect it to give good top speed...
We have raced a 10year old scrap engine fitted in a deluxe with a Brand new KPR200 EFI 6 gears sports GP race bike and smoked it hands down.

for a bike like CG125 the best thing which can happen to it is as follows#
Option1 - Put a 250cc OHV # -Chinese / japanese doesnt really matter tried both result is same top of 140+ can be achieved. Torque figures goes around 7~9 second to 100 cross but has vibrations.
Option 2 - Put a 200cc OHC # -Chinese / japanese doesnt really matter tried both result is same top of ~130+ can be achieved. Torque figures goes around 8~10 second to 100 cross no vibrations.
