yes im beginning to realize this now haha. Everything that I have asked them, mostly through email, they just refer me to the website and that hasnt answered some of my questions.
I asked them about what happens you finished the monthly volume, they firstly said:
"With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that during the month if you have consumed all available mbs and bundles validity still available, you will be charged as per the overage charges. For complete detail please visit the link https://shop.jazz.com.pk/4gdevices/"
Then they tried to recall that email later, and sent this:
"With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that now bundles are not recursive after consuming the mbs you need to activate the bundle by yourself as PAYG & Overage charging is not allowed on MBB SIM & Data SIM, therefore without the bundle/mbs you cannot use the net service. My volume is almost up, no sms as you said. Normally I dont have balance so I wouldnt bother about it. But I have rs2000 balance, that they were kind enough to give me due to a mistake they made when I signed up, so I dont want to eat that credit up.
