Over the weekend i made a few things.
Bought beef T-bone (puth in urdu) and made steam roast using a large pot. This was desi style in terms of masalajat. Wife made channa palao and helped with the marinade.
It was so light on tummy and delicious! I have read that steaming is the healthiest method of cooking. My kid also loved it.
On Sunday, i made fried lamb chops, these were marinated in garlic salt, dried rosemary and a bit of vinegar.
It is really hard to find a good cut of meat according to your desire here.
If i was not an engineer, i would have been a chef. I sometimes considering opening a restaurant but i lack experience to convert my love of food in to a proper business haha.
These days i am looking to buy a good quality grill pan but one without non-stick coating as i have found that non-stick utensils are bad for health.
