I've been riding the CB 150 F for 6 months now, during this duration I have gone on 5 road trips to the northern areas and plenty of daily driving on it. My experience so far has been sublime, true, spare parts availability is a problem. I needed a new pair of side view mirrors but couldn't find any in Lahore, which is why I had to get third party ones imported from Ali Express. However, the Air Filter is a relatively common item and can be easily bought from Honda spare part dealers. I had mine changed at 6,000km only to realize that it did not really need changing.
As far as the ride is concerned, it is not very comfortable on long journeys, the seat is a bit hard. In comparison YBR & GR 150 have a more comfortable seat. However, when it comes to acceleration, that's where this bike really shines. That's because it has 12 Nm of torque @ just 5000 RPM, combined with a short gear ratio it will leave the mighty GS 150 in the dust in a quarter mile drag.
I have done quarter miles against the Infinity 150, GS 150, as well as a restored (as a cafe racer) Honda CD 175, it was an easy win every time.
Top speed on the other hand is an issue, it reached 100 km/h without any problem, but to go above that speed requires a longer stretch of road, so far I have only managed to do 112km recorded on the GPS on GT road.
So far, I have not experienced any mechanical issues, and I'm using Liqui Moly 20w-50 with a 2000km change interval. The ride is smooth, and I have my rear shocks set at the most softest level. One more thing, this is the only locally assembled bike that uses Cordial tires, all other manufacturers will provide you with local tires. Even the GR-150 with a 220k price tag comes with local tires.
Oh, and on a side note, it completely destroys the YBR 125, there has not been a single instance of a Yamaha 125 coming even close to the CB 150, and this is with different YBRs on both long routes and short sprints. I think most people over rev the CB which causes them to loose, change gears between 8000 - 9000 RPM as that's the optimal range for this bike.
