It depends on how much, how thick, where etc etc.
I can't advise anything without looking at it (even better feeling it). Worst of all, you asked this question, but didn't even share any detailed pictures to help us help you.
As a rule of thumb, it may require a single stage polish, or perhaps 2 stages, and sometimes down to wet sanding and then working your way up from there.
Car detailing is all about taking the least aggressive path and trying to resolve the situation, if not, try next step up in aggressiveness and so on.
You are better off going to a Detailing shop, if you have not done this before. They will do a better job (usually). Just be clear with them about the scope of work, so they deliver according to your expectations.
