Luckily I got all suspension and ABS parts from a half-cut civic. This included ABS modulator, pipes, proportioning valve, MC + Vacuum booster, front axels with tone rings, springs, shock absorbers, etc. ABS control unit was also there but original wiring harness for the ABS setup was missing.
I tranported all parts by a suzuki carry from pindi to peshawar. Paid extra attention that non of the tube or any other part gets damage/deshaped, later got all the items installed over there.
It is worth mentioning here that the car remained with ABS setup but there was no anti-lock braking due to absence of original wiring of ABS for nearly two years as I was waiting for the moment to buy a new engine along with all wiring and related stuff, so one can simply say that the car was "ABS ready" in this period with few missing plug-in items.
My car is vti oriel UG version.
Regarding your question of installing/retrofiting a sunroof in a non-sunroof car, yes a lot more people are doing it by employing the modern technique of opening weld spots on the roof panel and then replacing it with a new roof.
There are plenty of workshops in I-9 and I-10 area who specializes in this nature of work. I know one such person who did similar work on his car few years back, if you want I will give you his number try to contact him for further guidance.
