First of all congrats and may this car serve you well!!
Since you mentioned Dunlop, I had a nice experience with Veuro, but I haven't been able to find them since the new VE303 arrived. I used VE302 which were soft and quiet but had iffy wet grip. These 16" are still available at some dealers but 2016 maal!
Same goes for Yoko Advan dB which I haven't been able to find since they moved to V552 (other than 215/50R17 which I found few months back at Zafcom Gizri, but I'm still on 16" wheels). Many downers aside, I'd buy these tires for their quietness alone!
I've been looking for Contis (CC6 or UC6) which ran out about 6-7 months ago and I'm still not able to find them. I've sat in a friend's Turbo with 215/50R17 UC6 and they are soft and quiet with ok grip.
Michelin Primacy 4 are available in 215/60R16 for about 20k per tire, but I'm looking for stock 215/55R16.
Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance are available at Zafcom Phase2 but I'm already running those in Accord so looking for something different. Quiet (though less than Advan dB), grip is decent, sidewall is so soft that car jiggles from side to side whereas contact patch is a bit hard so I have to really slow down on reflectors. And I must mention the beautiful sidewall and tread pattern!
Bottom line - I'm still on BG as I've not been able to find a tire of my choice. Shops I've been checking - Zafcom Phase 2, Zafcom Gizri, Tire Dot Com near Khan Motors and Tyrepoint Metro Gulshan. Hopefully others can present a solution that I haven't been able to present.
