My Cuore has been on petrol from the day I got it, but in hindsight, I do not see a benefit in operating it on petrol since the quality of petrol in Pakistan really makes the fuel filters, lines, and carburetors choke.
@nfssaad, @rajaahmedhafeez51, and @omersiddiqui5482, You people are right, the 20W-50 is too thick and is used on engines nearing the end of their lives.

Engine Oil Change after 3800KM: Castrol Magnetic 10W-40 - Rs.1950
Engine Oil Filter Change - Rs 200
Radiator Coolant Replacement - Rs.150
Not only the car never overheats in traffic with AC now, the idle is much more smoother on lower rpms and the car runs much more unrestricted. The Castrol Magnetic 10W-40 appears to be a good choice, but only long run results will tell the complete story.

Oil Switch Replacement - Rs.250
Inner Door Handle - Rs.150
Radiator Service + Fitting - Rs.450
Battery Service - Rs.100
One fine Monday, the car refused to start at all. The 'battery servicing' fixed it, although I would have wanted to know more but my father was handling the repairs and the mechanic was a rip-off 'family' mechanic.
The car's heat meter would rise up suddenly midway, and in a matter of seconds, would cool back down. Radiator leak; fixed it (he should have fixed it properly 3 months back, when he did the same thing).
The Oil was leaking from a leaking oil switch, so that too, was replaced.
