As you are installing a scrapped engine, i would suggest you buy new injector sealing rings so you dont have to do the repair later on.
And change valve cover gasket and repack sump too along with the oil cooler sealing rings and also change the water pump so you dont have to fight them later on.
I see that you are going to use your old high pressure pump and rail etc. Once connected back, check the rail sensor performance. It usually goes bad after 10 or 12 years or so.
Remember to use a drop of atf on the coupling nuts of the rail and use a proper line wrench not an open ended one.
