You should get it checked by a Honda dealer though they're not officially authorised to deal with Japanese cars. If the "D" light is blinking that means somethings majorly wrong with the transmission.
Which city are you in? and go through these forums, there is a thread that extensively deals with the gearbox issue in vezel and has the solution written in it
Which transmission oil did you use? Honda Genuine ATF DW1 is the recommended oil for Vezel.
It will be waste of time going to Honda service centers. They do not have the expertise to diagnose Vezel.
If your model is 2013-2014, then you should know that they had transmission issues and were recalled by Honda Japan.
As the water has shorted the sensors of shifter,that is why it is happening.It will be solved as the water will dry after few days.It was happened with my civic 2003.After few days problem will be solved.
