When at workplace, only take photographs which cannot attract criticism. This means maximum people should be working (no idling, no rest, no looking around, no attention toward camera, no smoking, no casual attitude, no fighting, no eating), no unsafe behaviour, no bad housekeeping should be seen.
These things do happen. Sometimes workers have to wait for 20-30 minutes while the other crew finishes their job and hands the task to them. But to capture them on camera gives the idea that these people are so dim-witted they are recording their own slackness for publicity.
