These are just myths now, that if you have 50K, 75K, or 100K etc. on your odo, you should switch to thick oils.
If everything is fine, your car's engine is perfectly healthy, then keep on using 0w-20.
If there are oil reduction issues, switch to 5w-20, and lastly 5w-30, but not more than that. If it still does not suit, and there is oil consumption, the engine might be needing rebuild.
