Bro visit Al Shifa eye trust hospital, may be (in fact preferably) in the evening from 3 p.m. to 6-7 p.m. (if affordability is not an issue).
I have myself been there 02 times, and trust me, IN SHA ALLAH you won't get disappointed. Its one of the best eye hospitals and the doctors / surgeons there are also good. At least, they listen to you with dedication and devotion.
When you go there at the reception, just ask the person that I want complete examination of my eye with retinoscope, ophthalmoscope, slit lamp, etc. (ye shokhi nai hai, sometimes uper sey aanay k liay aesi "oukhi" mushkil terms use karna zaruri ho jata hai) and would like to visit the best ophthalmologist available, preferably the Professor / Senior most.
When you go to the professor, very politely tell him the situation and ask as much questions as you would like (do NOT make "Chatni"! There is a difference between asking lots of relevant questions and chatni bnana), and when you are fully satisfied with the diagnosis, all queries addressed, etc. only then leave.
I hope, this helps. Thank you.
