There are many different types of door rubbers. I am not sure which ones your friend has installed. If they are the ones installed by the factory, then it will still have some wind noise, though a lot of it will be reduced. What @awaishaidar is saying is to install rubbers in the front quarter panels. Air comes through the front, from the fender to the cabin, there is insufficient insulation in that place. If it is properly insulated, there will be no noise. Furthermore, the noise is only there when there is significant wind outside. When there is no wind, there is no noise.
There is one more place from where air comes in, that is the rear quarter panel. One of the owners added an extra rubber there and the noise was removed. On the rear quarter panel, wind noise comes in starting from the speed of 60. Although the driver doesn't feel it, only the rear passenger feels it.
That said, I feel that the wind noise issue is quite exaggerated. IT is not as big of an issue as it is made. However, if someone wants to, they can fix it with some DIY, and spending a couple of thousand rupees.
