Thank you for your valuable input. I understand that change can be hard and it takes some time to adjust to the change.
About the navigation, it will take some time to get hold of.
I am not sure if you have noticed but the pagination has been replaced with a timeline on the right side of your page on the Desktop and on the bottom right on your Mobile. You can use this timeline to move around the thread. Here is a quick video demonstrating that:
Since we have just migrated and you haven't spent much time on the forum reading the posts you were interested in previously, Discourse does not know what you have read and what you have not. Once Discourse learns this information, it will always take you to the first unread post of the thread and not the first post.
Although the new color scheme is much more inline with the existing website look compared to vBulletin, but we know it is not perfect and we will address it once we iron out the underlying performance issues.
If you go to https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/ you will see the Category and Subcategory Structure like in the previous platform.
You've been on this forum for long and are used to the bulletin board style of forums since that is what that has been in the existence from Day 0 of the internet. However, the new users who are getting internet in the age of plethora of social network websites find it extremely difficult to get around the bulletin board style of forums. I actually did a usability survey to come to that conclusion. As a result, a lot of readers were reluctant to take part in the discussion.
But you are right, we will see in the not too distant future. And I hope to dear God that you are not right otherwise I may have to say this job bye-bye
I apologize for the delay and we are running behind schedule in delivering the iOS App. The IPA is ready but there is some delay from the Apple's side in making the app live on the store. We are hoping to get the app live by Friday.
