You mean to say your screen has broken and has formed a web. A web is the point of impact where the object hit and from it branches are out in different directions.
Unfortunately your screen is broken and requires replacement. There is a big misconception in Pakistan regarding curing or stopping the cracks after watching too much youtube videos. Some will even swear by repairs and post pictures here. Let me make it very clear , GLASS ONCE BROKEN IN PAKISTAN CANNOT BE REPAIRED OR FIXED .
If it's minor , live with it or get it changed. Spending money into buffing , cutting will only incur more costs and are not solutions. Why you ask ? Simply because our roads are not made as such to effectively handle the vibrations and wear on the screen. Secondly, the world suggests repairing because the cost of glass is extremely high and involves insurance claims , wait etc.
Look for Fuyao OEM glass in the market or contact a 3s dealer. Make sure you are doing two checks even if buying from 3s or any dealer.
1) The Nail test - tell the dealer before making the purchase that you will check the Honda logo (or whatever logo) and see if its genuine. Since many copies come with stamped logos of ink it is very easy to tell about fake glass. If he's adamant that the glass is genuine , take out your nail and rub the f***** out from inside the glass . Doodh ka doodh paani ka paani .
2) Mirror button or Mirror clip - Civic with the exception of 96-2005 comes with mirror button installed where the rear view mirror is embedded within the Windshield. If the windshield you are buying has this mirror button (the metal part) installed then it's genuine (make sure the button is not sticked with magic or glue) if the mirror button place is empty with a black blank then skip it.
3 (bonus info) Variation in lamination , size and quality - this is for pros only. If you notice carefully you will notice difference in vision , especially at night . The size of the glass will also differ , and will require extra efforts of the fitter to properly align it to your car frame. lastly , the lamination. The lamination will only show you what's genuine and what's not once its broken.
