This grease you show is suited for the front wheel bearings, there is no other place on the car that can use it - everything in the suspension is sealed, the door hinges have teflon riders, the locks take a wax. The driveshaft U joint is sealed.
for brake grease - any good silicone grease is used, a slight coat on the pad ears, a dab on the contact patches of the caliper pistons, and a dab on the sliders. A little goes a long way. MB brake grease is the same thing.
In Pakistan I used a silicone grease packed in Karachi - it was packaged in EPZ and was excellent for such use, I used it in hundreds of cars with perfect result. It resists water washout and corrosion even in the salty atmosphere of the seaside area of karachi.
For the squeak - a little on the ears of the brake pads is enough - make sure to clean the pad carrier clips first. A slight thump is also normal when you first release the brakes. If you hear a squeal on reverse then your brakes need to be bed in - a few highway runs will take care of that.
btw - the torque device you mention is the Hazet branded torque ratchet, nothing special at all. you dial it in with an odometer type scale and then feel the click as it reaches its applied torque. Its oldschool. The new ones used by MB are digital and have a climbing scale showing you when the required torque is achieved.
