I'm not an expert in old corolla prices, but it seems too much asking. The body is repainted, so it should be worth a bit lesser. From my point of view:
Poshish 25k, you can tell the poshish wala to stitch 1 layer of foam and orange leatherette to the dash.
Fuel pump, max 4k, maybe that'll fix the engine issues
The missing chrome bits can be an issue, but you might just find them in a scrap yard. The boot needs alignment, or maybe the car is accidental, you can use that to lower the price.
The car also needs a good interior detail (2-3k, you can buy products and do it yourself)
And it just might need a center console if you want (gray is available in 1k range).
To make the car nicer, you can visit accersory shops in your spare time and see what is available. Personally, i would:
Give the car a detailing session
Fix up those headlights and install projectors
Install a decent budget sound system
Power locks
Try to find the missing chrome bits
Add decent horn
Inspect, and if needed, change the brakes.
For the engine issue, some other member can guide you
