Yeah. The vibration is fixed mostly now. I think it was due to the new engine settling in and use of thick oil for the first time. I cleaned the MAP sensor and started using Synthetic oil after draining the first one. The noise at high speed is a problem with many City i-DSI's I have come across and I have come to realize that even my stock engine would make a lot of noise at around 120 km/hr.
Bro you don't need to change the ECU as I didn't change the ECU and car is running fine without any trouble and giving excellent mileage. I got the engine for 16k and the labor was around 3k. It was only an assembly and just had the front 4 coil packs, the intake manifold and had 8 iridium plugs. The owner of the shop was asking Rs.1500 for the throttle body but I left it because my old tb was in good shape. I am sure he would have given it for 1000 even.
But my advice would be to go for an L15 i-DSI engine which is more powerful, would run longer and return around the same mileage. If I had to option to go back I would pick an L15 instead of an L13. Also no wiring or alteration is required as these engines are bolt on swaps.
