@fastian04 is right. The CB150F is hardly a MotoGP prototype!
The CB150F has a simple, average run of the mill, square single cylinder motor with a single overhead cam (Like the CD70), twin valves (CD70), air-cooling (CD70) and carburetion (Also CD70), which is practically ancient at this point. Everyone is using EFIs, except us!
The engine isn't even stressed with only 9.1:1 compression ratio (CD70 has 8.8:1). For comparison, Yamaha's YBR125 has higher 10.0:1 compression ratio as it has tighter engine tolerance and overall better build quality and robust internals. It's also more powerful than the CB150F as a result and makes around 13HP vs. CBF's 11ish.
The only thing the CB150F has going for it is the counterbalancer which is there to counter the vibrations which, of course, is proudly mentioned by AHL in its user manual and specs sheet everywhere!
TL;DR Just get it serviced at any 3S Dealerships. No worries. The mechanics there are masters of CD70s and the CB150F isn't all that different. It's just bigger, to put it crudely.
