Get a 2017 (Jan-March) as it is the older 1297cc engine and less overhead regulatory costs i.e: tokens, transfers etc that should save you a good 50k right away. Finding one in 100% condition is quite an undertaking in itself as it’s such a hot car it sells one same day mostly.
Lastly, not to toot my own horn but i managed to snag one for myself just this week, for 1.53M (2015-Oct 70K) tafetta white in somewhat okay condition upon detailing the car i got it as close to factory/showroom as i could and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference, Your budget is good enough for a 2017 one.
Going for a 2013-2014 should save you another 25k in transfers, 50-80k in depreciation as the car doesn’t lose any more of its value (infact it should go up) but you have to make sure it is super well maintained and doesn’t need any service/parts for the year-and a half you plan to keep it.
