This is absolutely ridiculous. First of all touch screen angle and dimensions are not user friendly at all. I had Civic 2016 9th Generation which I recently sold and upgraded to Civic 10th Generation. In my old Civic touch screen was not only user-friendly but also the angle and size of the screen made it fun to use. This new Civic touch screen is not easy to use at all, not to mention its smaller.
Second, I took the car to Honda Gateway today as there was annoying lag in touch system. Some icons and buttons simply were not responding to touch at all. Honda Gateway routed me to Tracking World office with whom they have some sort of production contract.
Tracking World charged me 15000 and 24 hours for replacement. This is absolutely ridiculous. After paying so much I had to pay 15000 more. Honda is certainly compromising quality over quantity.
