As per my experience, you need to file for at least 02 consecutive years to become Active Filer and have your name in ATPL.
You can either wait for next year, OR (if in hurry), File for the previous FY(s). You will become Active Filer and have your name in ATPL within a week or 02, but, there are chances that you may be audited / fined, for late filing of returns.
So, if you will be opting for this, exercise caution and discuss it's pros and cons with those, who are expert in these matters ( @Nabs )
