The vehicle offered by Nishat is comparable to a 27000 us dollar vehicle. Even that varaint has much more equipment like active saefty which Santa fe nishst offering , is missing.
And this is the dealer sticker price and negotiable even after with dealer margin. So real price is much low.
As Hyundai in Pakistan is importing it the actual cost of vehicle is not what it would be at dealers. It would be lower.
Even if you take 27000 number and do a rough math..
27000 + [ 27000 x 3 ] = $108000 = 1510270 PKR.
I will not add freight charges as I said the 27000 is the price st dealer and negotiable. Let's balance out that figure and absorb the cost of freight into it.
Just as a crude info. In USA in economy car sector , a car maker makes around $2000 each unit sold. A dealer also makes around $1000 on average . In some cases the profit margins are more.
I bought a sticker price $41000 SUV with discount and around $2800 were subtracted from sticker. Means dealer still made profit as well as the actual car maker. So the sticker price at dealer lot has a lot of margin in it.
I am sharing above for the fact that its Hyundai bringing a Hyundai model and I am sure it does not cost USD-27000 to Hyundai, the figure I used in my equation.
