Nope it's definitely on cold mode with fixed fan speed. I've tried on all 3 fan levels. Level 1, 2, 3 and turbo.
Gree technician pointed out that the installer had bent the suction pipe a little that was causing the gas to not pass through completely. Installer came and removed the bent but that didn't help either. Plus I don't think bent was the issue because it worked fine for 3 weeks. To this the gree technician gave a lame response
"Sir inner mein gas store hoti hai shuru mein isliye issue nahi aya pehle"
I've called gree again so let's see what he says now.
What can be the probable cause for this? It doesn't bring up any error codes as well. BTW does the outer have a display for error codes as well? If the compressor is not working correctly shouldn't it display an error code for this?
The weird thing is it works better at night when it's cold outside, which sort of makes me think that the compressor is heating up in the day more and it stops. Its not under direct sunlight and it's placed right below the roof shade.
