Dear
I agree about the Bearing and Axle problem , but there is a valid reason behind it which is the Illiterate Pakistani mechanic !!!! ,
I found out recently that when you put in the Bearings you dont have to Tighten the Center Big Screw of the Tyre too Tight ,
if you Tighten it too much the Bearing produce a lot of Friction and Heat destroy the Bearing quickly . Basically it should be Loose enough so that there is a bit of a Ply in the Tire and not listen to Mechanic Stupid Suggestions
This way the Rumbling Noise also does not Appear of the wheel Bearings and they last longer and do not do any harm , and car tyres runs freely as well
Second solution is changing the wheel Hubs and recently they are available Brand New and also second hand as Wheel hubs are worn out by this too Tight Center screw which the Pakistani Mechanic does by Literally standing on top of the Long Handle Bar to tighten it .
Actually the KIA company recommends that Torque Meter wrench should be used , that shows exact amount of Force to tighten the Center Screw in the Tyre ,
Since KIA Dewan has stopped KIA Classic and now KIA is transferred to LUCK Motors , they are not accommodating the OLD dewan KIA,s
KIA RIO and KIA Pride and Classic have these Issue and is solvable if some one takes interest . and maybe the New KIA Picantto also has same Problem .
Axle can be Corrected especially my Modifying the Length of Left front Axle to 1/3 Inch Longer length and this solved the Issue and then I made the groves on Modified Axle to accomodate the original CV joint .
