Did you buy new mounts? I also have that shaking on AC issue (a bit less without AC) and need to get it diagnosed when I get time. Sadly, no good mechanics in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
How did you test the coil to see it was weak?
With respect to your heating problem:
1. How did you know your radiator needed bleaching? Have you been using and replacing coolant timely throughout? If yes, then no need to bleach the radiator as it won't corrode or get blocked on the inside with coolant. Radiators are pH sensitive and bleach, etc. can in fact increase its corrosion rate. Good coolants come with inhibitors which keep the pH in check and prevent corrosion. At best all that's required is a good flushing with new coolant. Also, which coolant do you use? (but I don't believe this is your problem at the moment)
- Heating up with AC on can be down to really two things; 1) A faulty coolant temperature sensor/thermostat which is giving wrong readings or 2) your water pump is failing and cannot circulate coolant effectively with increased load since AC generates a lot of heat. Whereas I would not object to putting a kabali thermostat, I would not recommend a kabali or japani water pump....only genuine made in japan.
I have never had a good experience with Pakistani kabali parts and wouldn't recommend it unless you're getting it directly from a verified low mileage half cut car (a difficult job). My only good experience so far has been using a kabali fuel rail assembly for Rs 3500 from Dubai (silencer brown again and mileage improved). When I had my iacv issue I had it replaced with a new one for 34k. Rpm dropping and car shutting down is a clear sign of iacv not functioning properly. My iacv had become so weak that the car would shut down the moment I let off the accelerator and the throttle valve closed.
I would recommend getting these small issues diagnosed by the mitsubishi dealership in korangi. They have the lastest scanning/reprogramming tool and will be able to diagnose whichever component(s) are not functioning properly. I am recommending this one particularly as it is still being operated by dewan and has the qualified staff. The other dealerships have switched to Faw and just minting money (had a bad experience in Isloo). Once they've come up with an assessment and list of parts then you can check where you can get better prices for them. Do have them write the part numbers with each item so that you can check online and be able to get quotes from importers (they need part numbers to source the parts).
Also, do get in touch via whatsapp so that I can help you better and possibly help in lining you up with dewan.
