These hockeyâs canât be bended as the kharadia says as they are mixed. He said to get straight used ones from Bilal ganj.
Draft shaft??? You mean the drive shaft ? Their crosses and play you mean ?
Dont run the 800 wali timing belt for 100K KM.. Change very early to avoid a big loss! Some parts should not be that cheap
Dont get it welded from normal welder as the heat will destroy the integrity of an already known weak spot and worsen the issue in medium to long term. Check international online forums for a better solution. Do some research and avoid Desi Welding.
Already got it done
This is the final look of the welding.
Sorry but yeh kis Gate/windows walay welder ka kaam hai??
I agree with you. But will this hold for a longtime or just a time pass ?
Time pass bro. Very apparent
Tintin. I agree with Akif, something's should be expensive. When I bought my LC 80, I got the fuel filter, timing belt and air filter from toyota. No compromise. Same goes for coolant, ATF, diff oils... all from toyota dealership.
Don't want to discourage Hassan but you are right. A very untidy, slack sort of workmanship....
Whatâs the long lasting solution for this crack ? Or whenever it reappear I get it welded ?
He has put an iron piece in between the crack and welded it for strong hold. He will grind and remove all the bubbles and make it smooth. I wonât leave him till then.
Osama said that if he repairs this crack then he will put a U shape iron piece on both sides of chasis and weld. The problem with that only is when Someone gets underneath the chasis it will seem welded and repaired. Only reason why I resorted to welding coz the chasis should seem clear.
Wsy osama wala solution zaada authentic hai. If u search similar problem on google, this is the most "appearing" solution there.Khair, there r many solutions to any single problem.
Arc Welding. This local welding is not good. Bhai we are talking chassis of LC 80 here!!! Hello?? Have you ever actually felt the weight of the vehicle, moreover with highway use and all of that the stress will be at another level. Please go to a specialist. Besides I am sorry, a very sloppy work by your guy.
