Have been caught up with some personal issues hence didn't get time to do the write up.
So here goes.
I gave an update for the things we did like
1, radiator service
2. TStat replacement
3. Temp sensor
4. AC check up from 3 techs
5. Timing
6. Plugs
7. Tappids
8. Fan rotor
9. Fan itself
After all of this vehicle used to heat up within 20 mins
10. Then we installed DMM to check the water temp but don't inconclusive results.
11. Installed an external temp gauge and found out the temp was shooting up 105 plus degree in no time. And was not getting stable
While doing all of this somehow we thought of checking the AC ourselves so we installed AC pressure gauges and tool a trial run.
As the temp started to rise we noticed the head pressure was at 450plus.
Went straight to another ac tech but he was adamant on the fact the compressor was fine.
The next day we checked how the pressure behaved when we cool the compressor by pouring some water.
And the pressure started coming down.
Immediately we took off the compressor, placed a multifllow coondensor.
The high pressure was back to normal but AC efficiency was shit.
Then we started to experiment with the AC gas amount. Cleaned all the lines, check the front unit and back unit controlling module .
After 2 to 4 days found a conflict between front and back unit which was messing up with AC cycling and rear units expansion valve. Changed the valve (couldn't find an originall one ) but the AC started to behave well.
Took it out from a drive on highway for about. 180 km and. AC was fine. The cooling drops at stand still but works excellent while moving..
I'll get the back expansion valve replaced and see what happens.
From then till now the temp fluctuates from 86 to 104 but the good this is the cluster guage is normall and the temp decreases as soon as the vehicle moves which it should.
A very difficult situation we were in and thanks to @syncview for identifying the core issue even though multiple AC tecs gave a green signal to the messed up AC system.
Alhamdulliah my mind is at peace.
