First of all u changed the control arm bushes etc, few suspension parts as per my knowledge, they were not in condition to be changed. whenever u replace the bushings etc. the mechanics of Pakistan even inh and shahnawaz the most leading one. they also dun know how to press the in arms etc, so use them as far as they work, u changed then its good but its not a need.
Secondly, the wheels bolts problem, yes one the front wheel hub is having a bushing, the job was done by me from an expert guy, but remember that was happened by the gud which inh guys use to tighten. The only problem is the bolts are a little short in length that was due to the changingt to alloy rims by previous owner he didnt changed the proper bolts used an ordinary one, i bought few from a guy in bilal gunj they are also short in length having them at home.
do let me know if u didnt bought them till know, i m planning for a visit to pindi, i will bring them, hope they are available there
the Ac issue u dicussed, yes it works when u engage in gear once the compressor is off. its not a problem, same is the case with my cousins works, they always diifer in technology.
the trunk lid problem why it not swings, simply clean the trunk rubbers.
Now i am concluding, i sold this car. But i again say its one of the best merc u got in town for sure 100%.
whenever u go for some long travelling must check its fuel average, it will give u 15 km per liter, a 1990cc engine.
If u consider power, once i touched 220 kmph on motorway, then applied deadly breaks to 0kmph, it worked like it should. The car is flawless, these kinds of small maintenece is always required.
stay on 5-50w oil cz its almost 140k driven now, so use a bit thick oil.
having its power pump lying at home, that is perfect but changed for my satisfaction,if u want collect that from me..
