yes you can write an application and submit it to your closest ptcl exchange, clear all the remaining dues.
so basically i have diagnosed the problem myself, the nayatel guys have been given a handbook to assist customers and any problem faced other thn their standard handbook error comes on nayatel employees and they just hang of blue screen shows on their face.
thing is on every day peak hours (weekdays between 8:30 - 11:30) internet becomes so surprisingly slow that everything stops working.
in the peak hours i get around 50kb/s speed, even if i try to download itunes from apple its 50kb/s ( i have 7 mb package)
so now i have checked with my neighbors and they all face slow browsing issue on peak hours but no one in my neighbour is aheavy user like me so they just ignore the problem.
i use internet for gaming on playstation etc.
so basically their servers are not strong enough to support some lines on peak hours when the utilization of internet is at its peak.
their TV service is top notch ill give that to nayatel.
but at the moment because of internet slow bandwidth issue, i am regretting my decision to get nayatel.
