Hello after long.
A not very common thing happened to me. The gear just kind of broke or malfunctioned. I was lucky to find another one in Sultan-Khoo through my mechanic and got it replaced. However, I am being told this is a problem with Wingroad i.e. non-durability of the automatic gear panel. When we opened it, it did not seem broken but still my mechanic was not able to understand what went wrong.
One day I just noticed the transmission button on the level just won't come out in P mode, which meant it could accidentally slide down to R. This was rather dangerous so I had to get it fixed. The gear shift button also was a bit loose in other gears like N R and D i.e. it didn't need any force to be pressed and also the over-drive button responded clumsily as it worked sometimes and on other occasions it didn't.
Anyone else faced this, is the Nissan Wingroad that lousy or I was just unlucky.
I have a very busy weekend. I had given my car to a friend for a year and he returned it to me the other week. It is in a pathetic condition. I can't even sit inside it, it is that dirty and really bad. anyone the gear thing is resolved, foundation, shock-absorbers done, tyres replaced (got slightly used ones) a couple of creaking sounds left while driving so will have them fixed this time and finally off to cleaning.
Full interior to be cleaned or shall I say bloody well cleansed actually and then compound, new seat covers, foot-rugs and other things. The last touch would be a nice little car freshener no perhaps last step after the freshener would be taking a warm long shower myself and then a drive would tell me if my car is back yet or not
That is the problem with an Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) like me but well one has to live with one's things yeah
Hope everyone is fine. Don't try to find a meaning out of this post- I just wanted to practice my writing skills haven't been here lately so...
Take care all.
