I remember this time in Cholistan, a little after we got back to the camp, Zohaib arrived with our good friend and rally enthusiast Hassan (Hassan Traders). As soon as we had greeted each other and I had commended Zohaib's and the Safari's performance, I pretended to take Hassan aside and such was the smiling conversation:
SK: "Pehlay bhee nahin sambhala jaata tha, ab karein ge kya ham iss Jadoon ke saath?"
Hassan: "Woh keh raha hai, 8 lakh kee gari pe 4th hoon A prepared mein, bhaar me jao tub sab aur tumharey safeed hathi...."
Jokes aside, we are not serious about this sport here, we are very very serious
Rally mein overtaking honee chaheeyay, aur zaida honee chaaheeyay, achee cheez hai, iss se pyaar barhta hai! Love tap or no love tap! Aisey hee nahin jimny walley mujh se itni mohabbat rakhtey....
I've said it before as well. Many a times, while its fairly dangerous for the car behind (where frustration is building up with seconds) as the car up front is may not be able to hear the horn or even see the car behind on looking back. That last stretch of Cholistan is very tricky for overtaking, because of the windy track, both navigator and driver rarely have time to look back much and its fairly high speed. Even when you do look back momentarily most of the time all you see is dust.
