As I was reading a book of MD. Sarfaraz Zaidi. usa. His 10 years research on Vit d only concluded. In america he found only one woman, one woman whose vit D 3 level was optimum and she was sea scout sitting on high chair looking out for people drowing far away. So imagine the state of pakistanis where even food is poison.
He had references as well.
Notmal vit d3 level in books is 20-40 ng /. I forgot. But new research shows optimum should be between 60-100 ng. Per day.
And fair skin people if stay under sun for 30 minutes they get vit d. But not upto optimum level. Still needs from food and suupplements because to get optimum one has to drink 20 glasses of milk every day. Not possible.
So the darker the skin the more longer time it takes for sunshine to penetrate the skin and give same effect.
5 minutes of fair skin under sunshine and dark skin people will need to be 30 minutes to get same amount.
Sun blocks are for fair people. Skin cancers are mostly in fair people.
Vitamin d is not a vitamin anymore in our body but a harmone as new research says.
It lowers BP. LOWERS backpain. Bone strongs by helping calcium get into bones. Helps diabetes sugar level. Asthama. Chronic pains. If optimum level. U will feel good.
Vit d3 is a feel good harmone inside body.
