Old KPR 200s had that problem, I have heard that newer model engines are of better quality but can't be sure as finding someone who has run newer KPR enough to verify is very difficult so change in quality could be a lie spread by people marketing the bike. it is till low quality Chinese.
A friend is using Derbi, quality of Derbi is next level compared to YBR, CB150F and any Chinese no name bike. It's ride is very solid and serene. Not compareable to any of these bikes. Closest would be Suzuki GD110's softness, 150cc' Punch (in GD110 smoothness) and YBR like Handling.
If not Derbi then consider YBR as 2nd choice, 50k difference doesn't get you anything better in CB150F except if you prefer Honda or you like design, ignition switch lock feature.
CB150F has a 125cc engine with bigger piston so it becomes 150cc (10.6HP, 124KG) but the power output is a fraction less than CG125 (10.8 HP, 95KG), YBR has even less power (10.1HP, 114KG).
Due to extra weight, 150F has no power advantage over YBR but YBR has handling advantage.
Seat cushioning of YBR125G isn't as good but it can be fixed. Shocks of CB150F are hard, finding a fix for those is difficult.
Spares of YBR are expensive (Compared to local honda bikes, cheaper comparing to options you present). Derbi's spares are obviously expensive as it is a different league (think coure's vs mehran's) but CB150F's spares price would make you think whether you really bought an Atlas Honda's product.
