Mr Zahid is just irrelevantly chanting in favor of GLI without stepping a foot into Ciaz (i am sure). If you want to talk on facts, you are most welcome.
I have driven both, so what i am telling is based on first hand experience.
Let me staraighten out some facts for you
Better Drive: Ciaz has better drive, pick and same stability even with slimmer tyres then gli.
Better Mileage: This really shows how much research you have done. GLI gave me avg no more then 9.5 km/l in city drive, with Ciaz i am getting 12.9 km/lafter 12k km mileage till now.
Much better shape: This is subjective, Ciaz has more of an executive front and sporty back. Corolla has sportier front and back.
Full length sedan: Ciaz is just 5 inch shorter in length then gli, so that makes it short of length sedan? it is really not noticeable
Better Resale: the only correct fact so far
Much better AC: Both are on par, no difference at all
Much Better Interior: Again subjective, depends on what color scheme you like. Plastic quality, stitching is better in Ciaz
Bigger boot: Now i will leave this one to you,do some research bro
Excellent engine: Again subjective but if i am not wrong Ciaz's engine is newer and much more fuel efficient. Ciaz packs more HP/Ton due to being less heavy. Gurus might wanna give their comments on this as i am not really into engines too deep
I still think that Suzuki is not doing enough to properly market ciaz (they do not look serious). The facelift of Ciaz in India is amazing. I also dont like the fact that Suzuki launches cut down versions of its cars in PKR they should be given danda by govt but again Toyota and Honda are doing the same, so they all need a Danda
