Salam pakwheelers. I got a 2011 gs150. Recently I've overhauled the engine. Change the complete wiring(not the coil and cdi). My bike tend to break the current and go out of power. Sometimes it happens like. Its idling fine but as soon as you turn the accelerator the bike is out. I've noticed that the spark is quite thin. Even the spark in my 70 is thicker and intense than that.

Chek the Fuse near the battery..Its loose.... Tight it... The problem will solve..
Was Alaikum Assalam first you have to know that what type of cdi (AC or DC ) installed in your motorcycle, if you found an AC CDI you can replace it to DC CDI ...........How can you Know that the cdi is AC or DC? You simply looks the wiring of the grip if you found any (black with red strip wire) or also (black with white strip wire) than your cdi is AC. Most of the bikes manufactured in Pakistan based on AC cdi ....you can install DC cdi ....you can simply buy New Asia Rickshaw's cdi which is DC and correct wire the DC cdi because the wiring diagram of both CDI's are different I will provide you pictures..and also I have been using DC cdi for more than 3 months in my cd70 ..and I found no issue ..and my low current intensity problem solved
