Hard Springs can do the job at a relatively lower cost but this setup will be underdamped, you'll experience a rough and bouncy ride quality.
If you cut the Stock Springs, the ride would be acceptable but with 2 people at the back seat, the tires would be hitting the frame at all the bumpy roads.
if you want to lower your ride with ride quality that wont push your spine out you shud look into upgraded shocks/coilovers. It would cost relatively a bit high but the options like Height adjustability, Ride quality, Camber adjustments, Hard & soft options makes it worth it.
