yes but if you can resolve it why not. i am sure you don't like it suddenly not starting one day while you absolutely had no time to visit dealership by toeing it ..
considering summers here...i will never leave fuel pump where united put it to save cost...its actually a design flaw
a better idea if you dont wanna change its place is to protect it from heat by shielding it or putting some kinda heat sink effect on it! its a custom job and DIY for sure
