Toyota Corolla GLi 2010 model here
I have got this car second hand and ever since I got it. I have felt this surreal issue that sadly no mechanic can diagnose this (my dad bought it and I really don't know what he saw in this car, but oh well)
It basically arises from the left rear side of the car, as if the bumper has been hit by a car or something. A dull explosion like noise (sort of like some gases are escaping?). Usually comes when i'm in low speeds, like in a parking, in rushy traffic, and mostly on idle. I did change the spark plugs and the engine oil a couple weeks ago but sadly that doesn't change anything with that explosion
I'm in Rawalpindi and i haven't had a good experience with the mechanics, would be good if you could recommend me that.
It happened just now that the car had been switched off for about 10 mins and it still did that. Even the sensors detected that the security system started to make the noise.
Its quite the embarrassment actually and i really can't figure out what the problem is, me or the mechanics I have got it checked from
An explosion, is never a good thing. Idk what's wrong
