Workout is only really necessary if you're trying to gain muscle.
Losing weight is much more simple and easy.
- Cut back on calories and saturated fat. Avoid sugary and greasy stuff. Goes without saying, nowadays!
- Brisk walk everyday for 30 minutes.
That's about it!
No need to jog, run, lift weights, do yoga or any of that crazy stuff. 30 minutes of brisk walking is enough to get your metabolism back on the track, as long as you do it "regularly".
Regularity is key.
I've been doing brisk walking almost every day for the past 2 months and so far, I've lost around 10 kilos of weight , my waist has gone down from 42" to 36". As an added bonus, it has also taken care of my frequent heart tremors and high blood pressure and I'm no longer taking any beta blockers.
Win/win!
