Hi there. So I recently got this new problem when I parked my car somewhere. As soon as I parked it and pulled the parking lever, a caution appeared on the screen (as shown in the picture) and after that the parking brake would not release at all. Just to be clear, the car hadn't gone in water or any muddy area (which would cause the electric motor to fail) and was running absolutely fine - noticed this a few times in hybrid cars here. Anyhow, this is something I was obviously not expecting or would not even dream about it. It has just been over a month that I bought this car and was planning to take it out of the city for a trip. Thank fully the problem arose just two days before. Since the parking brakes failed to release and the car was unable to move at all, it had to be towed away on a truck, which was also a horrible sight as it had to be pulled to the truck by the chain and then get it loaded. From my experience of electric and hybrid cars here in Pakistan, I am still finding it really hard to find technicians and experts who would understand the problems clearly rather than experimenting different sorts of remedies on these electrically operated cars. This car has been absolute magic since it came, but I'm extremely disappointed and upset with this new issue and can't decide if I should stick to it now.
