You might be able to find a ViC, Denso, or JS Asakashi cabin air filter, although probably none that are HEPA rated. Since you have a new(er) car, your door/window seals and recirc blend doors will play a huge part in ensuring the cabin air is actually filtered, at least for PM10 and PM2.5.
Use a sensor that measures PM2.5 and observe the effect your stock cabin air filter has vs. the outside air. I'm quite sure it'll get it down to a reasonable threshold for μg/m³.
I noticed a sudden rise in AQI measurement from 10 to 200 inside my Civic idling in traffic right behind a rickshaw, even though I couldn't smell anything and the blower was set to recirc. Turns out the passenger side door wasn't sealing correctly and needed new weatherstripping. But it was also evident that my regular old cabin air filter was filtering particulate matter quite well, because I manually adjusted the seal, shut the door, and turned the fan to maximum while still idling behind that rickshaw. The AQI dropped back to 10 within a few minutes.
