Roads Used: M2, M3, N5 & M4
Total Travel: 766 KM
Travel starts in morning 8 am, used canal road till Thokar Niaz Baig, and then take a short patch of M2 to reach newly inaugurated Lahore Multan Motorway M3. After starting journey at M3, on toll plaza near Sharqpur /Sheikhupura Interchange, received a welcome gift from Motorway Police Senior Officer, A Flag, A Diary, Key Chain, Cap, Coloring Book with Colors and best Azaadi wishes. Our Car was the first
one to receive the gift, so feels very special
Reached Abdul Hakeem Interchange at 11am, as no service area was functional except of one, with partial facilities like temporary TUCK SHOP and Mosque only. From exit of M3, they blocked M4 route which was complete but no one allowed on it, however by using a little patch of N5 upto Khanewal bypass, M4 was available to reach Multan, so take M4 instead of N5 as to reach earlier to cover time, and reached Multan at 12:00pm.
Visited Places: Hazrat Shah Rukn-E-Alam R.A, Hazrat Baha-UD-Zakriya R.A, and Old Bazar
Leave Multan for Bahawalpur at 1pm, eat lunch at “New Mushtarka Balochistan Hotel” at Bahawalpur Lodhran Bypass, really tasty lunch, and then reached Noor Mehal, Bahawalpur at 3: 00pm. Visited Noor Mehal and then moved for Fort Derawer at 4: 00pm and reached 5:30pm. Visited Derawer Fort and surroundings, and leave desert at 6: 30pm, Joined N5 once again, and routed towards SadiqAbad for night stay. Reached MIDWAY Hotel, Sadiqabad at 9: 30pm, checked in, and get relaxed after long long drive of 766Km.
Visited Places: Noor Mehal, Fort Derawer & Surroundings.
Day-2: 15th August, 2019, Sadiqabad to Sehwan Sharif, Ranikot Fort, Wall of Sindh, Karachi.
Roads Used: N5, N55 & M9
Total Travel: 734 KM
After relaxing stay at MIDWAY Hotel, good atmosphere, tasty breakfast, starts journey towards Sehwan Sharif at 9: 00am, 15 August, 2019. Joined N5, entered into Sindh after 30KM distance, beautiful scenes in surroundings, palm gardens, beautiful buildings of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University site, Aror university of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritages Sukkur, and moved from Dadu Morr towards N55 for approaching Sehwan Sharif. N55 is broader road than N5, with less traffic load than N5, reached Sehwan Sharif at 3: 00pm, after Hazri, leave Sehwan Sharif 4:00pm & reached Ranikot Fort at 5: 30pm. Interesting road, but deserted till Ranikot Fort. So it’s very important to decide the time of visit there, anyhow reached there and saw the beauty of art and architectural piece of work, worth seeing, due to shortage of time we leave Ranikot Fort at 6: 30pm and started our journey towards Karachi at N55 again. By using M9, we reached Karachi at Embassy Inn Hotel, which was reserved before my arrival at 9: 30pm.

Day-3, 4 & 5: 16th August to 18th August, 2019, Karachi Visit.
Roads Used: Karachi Local Roads Including Liyari Express,
Total Travel: 300 KM
Started visit of Karachi properly at 16th August, Friday, from Abdullah Shah Ghazi R.A offering Juma Prayer There, then a short visit of nearby beach and then moved towards younger sister house settled there. Visited Mazar-e-Quaid, Museum, PAF Museum, Do Darya, Sandspit, Tariq Road for shopping, Biryani Center, Alhaaj Bundu Khan Resturant, Quetta Alamgir Hotel for Breakfast, Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi Foods, Dehli Sweets, Rehmat-e-Sheerin, and a very special trip of Naval Dockyard, on private ship hosted by my friend in navy at very senior post. Often spend evening time at one site, (I don’t know the exact place) but once MAP WALI BAJI brought me there when I was moving towards Do Darya, I think it passed from DHA and sector 16th Street, and 26th Street, where it was peaceful environment, rather I want to mention, JIDHARMAIN THA AUR BUS SAMUNDAR
Day-6: 19th August, 2019, Kund Malir, Buzi Pass upto Buzi Top.
Roads Used: N25, M10 & Makran Coastal Highway,
Total Travel: 561 KM
In Morning 8: 00am, leave hotel for Ormara, took N25 uptil Makran Coastal Highway and then, the most beautiful and adventurous road, having a combination of Deserts, Hills, Beaches, small villages in surroundings. You will see traffic hardly on the road, no petrol pumps till ormara, except of Irani Petrol. You will found first reasonable stopover at Kund Malir. As my intention was to visit Makran Coastal Highway till Ormara, and see beaches alongwith hill side in Hangol National Park, no doubt about the beauty of Golden Beach and Sea View there, a matchless beauty, worth seeing, & it might be right if I would say, that you will never see a sea like this in the world but after approaching upto Buzi Top my family asked me to return as we were alone on the road and they were much afraid of the environment there, so take U turn and decided to go back. Here are some important findings that you might take care if want to visit this place: -
1) Last Petrol Pump after Hub Chowki Toll Plaza (The Only Toll Plaza till Ormara) is at 13km, PSO and Askari, then after 80Km, another PSO Petrol Pump appears, but at the time of our visit, it was not operational, so you might take petrol in 6-ltr water bottel or petrol cane with you in your ride, or take petrol from Ormara, if not interested in Irani Petrol.
2) Always try to move in form of group minimum two or three vehicles so that you feel safe, however there are very alert check posts there, but as you travel at least 20 or 30km on Makran Coastal Highway, your mobiles will be silent all the way. So better travel in group form.
3) Take road security clearance in advance before travel through authenticated sources, it’s better for safety reasons.
4) Try to travel early morning so that you may reach Kund Malir nearly 10 or 11 am, to capture the beauty with ideal time in summer.
5) There is no service at all regarding any backup in case of vehicle maintenance, so check your vehicle by all means before travelling.
I hope this will help upto some extent.
Upon arrival, we found a great blockage after Hub Chowki Toll Plaza, and our MAP WALI BAJI guided us to approach Karachi via Orangi Town, so moved up, and after dinner at Al-Haaj Bundu Khan Hotel, KCI, we reached at hotel nearly 10 PM.
Day-7: 20th August, 2019, a visit at friends house at Intelligence Colony, Karachi.
Day-8: 21st August, 2019, Back towards Home Sweet Home.
Roads Used: M9, N55, N5, E5, M3 & M2.
Total Travel: 1242 KM
In Morning 11: 00am, started our journey towards Lahore, took some sweats from Rehmat-E-Sheerin and then through Liyari Express we moved towards M9, after approaching Hyderabad, Map guided us to join N55 uptil Aamri, and then join N5 through Qazi Ahmed Aamri Bridge. It save time, so we reached Moro at 3: 00pm and lunched at Al-Amin Hotel & Resturant, Nice Taste, then reached Sadiqabad Midway Hotel at 8: 00pm. stayed there and moved in next morning after delicious breakfast at hotel, at 10: 00am. Using N5, E5 reached Khanewal at 2:30pm, lunched at Khyber Pass Hotel, nice food, and then joined M3 via Abdul Hakeem Interchange at 3: 30pm, and reached home by the Grace of God, Alhamdullillah at 6: 00pm.
