its common issue in Lancers.
many ppl recommend Burraq Autos in Chah sultan for Mitsubishi and Nissan issues. its better to check with him(Yousaf Ustad).
mostly mechanic would advice to change its coils and leads which costs around 9k kabli and its fuel pump 1k-1.5k kabli so better to trace the fault then replace the item.
i had gone through almost same issue in my lancer 2005 1.6 cvt which is resolved by cleaning its iacv (idle air control valve).
if your Lancer IACV is faulty then you have to buy complete throttle body bcz this item is not separetly available in used market. new one is too expensive.
also check type of smoke from your car exhaust to check all sensors functioning properly.
