It's quite simple bro. There's a product called Liquimoly 10W40 with MOS2 Leichtlauf. It's an oil pre-mixed with MOS2 additive. MOS2 is essentially a friction modifier with solid particles suspended in the aforementioned oil. Since that oil already has MOS2 premixed, you are not supposed to add anything further in it.
Then there's a separate product called Liquimoly Ceratec. That is also a friction modifier in solid particles form. It is supposed to be added to oil at recommended percentages. It performs a similar function to MOS2.
Now it seems to me that you have added Ceratec onto the 10W40 MOS2 oil - which means you have both MOS2 and Ceratec in your oil, which causes 2 problems. Firstly, you should use either MOS2 or Ceratec as these are similar functionality products that are NOT supposed to work together. Secondly, as stated by Liquimoly above, the main problem is that now you have too many solid particles in your oil - in the form of MOS2 + Ceratec. That is indeed really harmful to the engine.
