Dhaka Chicken,
Take chicken 1kg, add 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp black pepper crushed, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp crushed cumin seed, 2g red food color, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 25g corn flour, 25g white flour, 1 egg.
Mix all, marinate for 1 hour.
Before frying, sprinkle white sesame seeds, and fry.
Serve with onion slices, lemon wedges, salad leaves
