afzaal has a separate guy for most of the jobs
a team that does assembling and disassembling
a guy for the lathe for repair, and helpers for him
a guy for bearing pressing, axle fitting.
one guy who also does mechanical work. like clutch replacements etc.
one guy who the rider. goes and buys parts from different shops
afzaal himself does do test drives
but no one is perfect.
as far as labor charges, i dont really think its a huge amount. majority of the cost is always due to parts.
